Monterey Hotel Reviews - Our Story Through Guests

One of the lowest quality Comfort Inns that I've stayed at. Rooms are tiny and noise from traffic is disturbing. Rooms have very few amenities and are not worth the $132 we were charged. Staff was friendly and helpful, but better bargains can be found at other hotels close by.

Hotel staff very nice, no ploblem with check in/out. Very quiet night, room very nice,big seating area and bathroom .My family enjoyed their stay here, Close to all attractions, breakfast room very small but you can go sit outside or go back to your room. I will be a return customer for sure!

The building is an older motel but they have updated the rooms. For the price paid, we were very pleased. The room had a mini-fridge, microwave, safe and coffee maker. The bathroom had older tile but was very clean and well equipped. The staff was friendly, kind and efficient. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had a good selection of food. They offer free access to the internet. The location is close to many of attractions in Monterey.

Awesome hotel, great price, clean rooms, free breakfast, polite and friendly staff and above all honest people. I left a valuable item behind, called a week later after I checked out and the lobby operator was very helpful and told me that my item was in lost and found. They very graciously shipped it back to me. I cannot praise the staff and hotel enough and above all, it's pet friendly. What else can a traveller ask for? 5 stars for me.
