Not The Best Value
One of the lowest quality Comfort Inns that I've stayed at. Rooms are tiny and noise from traffic is disturbing. Rooms have very few amenities and are not worth the $132 we were charged. Staff was friendly and helpful, but better bargains can be found at other hotels close by.

I'm pretty sure Comfort ...
I'm pretty sure Comfort Inn will not leave my review on the website as it is does not rate this hotel as excellent like so many people have said. My list of issues is so lengthy I'm not sure I will be have room to list everything. To begin with, their website says nothing about being in the flight pattern of the very nearby airportjets going very low over head all hrstheir solution is they will provide you with earplugs if the noise disturbs you. OK for One Night
We stayed here during a very busy weekend. The superbikes were in town and it was very hard to find somewhere to stay. They put the price of the rooms up for that weekend, so you payed more for an average room than you should have. The walls are paper thin and some of the guests like to party on after the bike race, so could hear everything, didn't really get a good night's sleep. The rooms although on the small size were clean. The breakfast for us health eaters was a big no no. Wish these hotels would start adding a few more healthy alternatives. Probably wouldn't be on my list of hotels to stay at again

Ehh, it looks way better in the stock photos
It's a narrow parking lot and the rooms look nice, but it's like a slap and dash remodel job. Floors are so dirty too! We had black feel on the faux wood floors when we didn't wear our shoes. Do they even mop it? Obviously not. I wouldn't stay here again, as there are many many other choices in Monterey. Their sister property on Munras has a pool and seemed way more charming. I went there accidentally first. It's close to things, but planes do play overhead so it's loud. Breakfast is in a former hotel room, so it's very cramped. They do have hot male yourself waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausages. Cereal, yogurt, toast. It will tie you over for a bit. We stayed here and at travelodge almost next door and I wouldn't recommend either. Could be way way better
