Pacific’s Edge Restaurant Annual Valentine's Day Oceanside Prix-fixe Dinner

Pacific's Edge Restaurant, voted Best Restaurant for Romantic Dining in 2022, will be hosting our annual Valentine's Day Oceanside Prix-fixe Dinner on Tuesday February 14^th. Dinner reservations will start at 5:00pm with the last seating at 8:45pm. Fresh long stem roses and a sparkling champagne toast will be offered at every table.

Pacific’s Edge Restaurant – Valentine’s Day Menu:

First Course: choice of:

• Scallop & Spot Prawn Carpaccio - finger-limes, coconut vinaigrette, vadouvan, mango chutney

• Vegan Zucchini Tartare with Roasted Tomato Vinaigrette

Second Course: choice of:

• Roasted Rack of Lamb - herb encrusted, potato au-gratin, baby vegetables, Tokyo turnips, and mustard au jus

• Butter Poached Lobster Tail- served with a brown butter cauliflower puree and braised fennel, truffle frisée salad

• 8oz Filet Mignon served potato au-gratin, baby vegetables, and Tokyo turnips

• Vegan Ratatouille on spaghetti squash

Third Course: choice of:

• Strawberry Shortcake - Frangelico, Chantilly cream, and Valrhona Chocolate Covered Strawberry
