Have you wondered why whales are spotted so close to the shoreline? The Monterey Submarine Canyon starts about a mile from the shore. This allows for deep and nutrient rich waters that attracts the whales and other marine giants close to the shore line. Depending on the season, some of our frequent visitors are Gray Whales, Blue Whales. Orcas, and Humpbacks Catch some incredible sights along with a great deal.

Our Monterey Whale Watching Package features a deluxe room with king bed plus two tickets for a whale watching cruise, which leaves from nearby Fisherman’s Wharf. All trips are led by Marine Biologists who narrate the trip and answer all questions. Seasone captains know just where to sight the majestic Marine Animals.
